In unserem Pole Kids Pole Dance Kurs sind die Kleinen die Größten.
Hier lernen Kinder und Jugendliche nicht nur die Grundlagen des Pole Dance, sondern auch eine Menge Selbstbewusstsein und Stärke.
In the classes, participants are guided by our experienced trainers and learn how to move on the pole dance. It is not only the right technique that is important, but also the right body tension.
At the beginning of the course, the focus is on the warm-up, where children and young people warm up their muscles and improve their coordination. As the course progresses, they will then learn different grips and spins that they can gradually improve and perfect.
Acrobatic tricks and small exercise sequences on the pole are learned in a playful way. With a lot of fun, the children’s natural desire to move is used and their strength and coordination are trained. This not only improves body awareness, but the many feelings of success also strengthen self-confidence.
During the course, much emphasis is placed on safety. Participants will learn how to properly support themselves on the pole dance.
As children are still growing, the training is slightly different than for adults. Of course, this course places a lot of emphasis on proper technique and accompanying exercises that are suitable for growing bodies.
Pole dance class for kids and teens is a great way to improve fitness, confidence and technique. Besides, it’s incredibly fun to move around the pole dance and learn better and better exciting tricks.
