Our certified courses meet the high legal requirements of the Central Testing Agency for Prevention (ZPP), so depending on the health insurance company, up to 100% of the course fees are reimbursed.

The core of the body – the so-called core – is the natural power center in the middle of the body. Its functions are very versatile: in all movements in everyday life, the Core stabilizes the spine, straightens the trunk and protects the internal organs. A multi-layered, complexly superimposed muscle system in the area of the abdomen, back and hips provides this multifunctionality. In the course of the steadily increasing back problems in the population and additionally growing appreciation of one’s own health, spinal gymnastics (coretraining) has long since proven itself as a fixed element in prevention. Especially the muscles of the trunk, the muscular protective corset, are often neglected and thus susceptible to dysfunctions and diseases of the spine, which initially usually express themselves as back pain.

Target group: Participants with special risks in the musculoskeletal system, especially in the area of trunk stability and mobility of the spine without diseases requiring treatment.

– Learning the anatomical basics of the body core – the trunk musculature.
– Control of the body center through perception exercises
– Proprioceptive exercise mediation for the interaction of the muscular and skeletal system
– Strengthening of the muscular system of the trunk and compensation of imbalances through exercises with and without aids – Training of breathing to support the coretraining.
– Effect and action knowledge on preventive measures for complaints such as back pain and tension

– comprehensive instructions for the subsequent continuation of the training after the ten-week program (detailed seminar documents with learning instructions)

According to statistics, every third German has back pain. The reasons for this are very diverse. Current scientific studies show that, in addition to physical strain and unfavorable working postures, psychological factors such as stress, anxiety and job dissatisfaction can also be causes of back pain.

The so-called “preventive back school” follows a holistic bio-psycho-social approach to counteract the causes of back pain and prevent back problems.

This is not only about learning exercises to strengthen the muscles, as well as background knowledge and posture and behavior appropriate for the back. You will also learn stress management and relaxation techniques.

The course program is a basic course for adults new to or returning to exercise who have never exercised or have not exercised for a long time and are now looking for a health promotion program that will prevent fascial pain in the musculoskeletal system and improve their body awareness and performance. The core of the program is the individually dosed training of the fasciae with special attention to the prevention of pain in the musculoskeletal system through early loosening and release of the body fasciae. In the group, you will learn to translate the behaviorally taught knowledge into practical training, and you will train your coordination and agility as well as your strength.

Hatha Yoga is a holistic Far Eastern method for promoting body awareness, meditation and relaxation. The regular practice of Hatha Yoga helps to prevent the stresses of everyday life and possible psychosomatic complaints such as tension or headaches and to promote self-awareness. The combination of physical exercises and awareness of the breath have a holistic effect on the health of the practitioner. Hormonal controls, nervous system function and digestive activity are improved and well-being is enhanced. Regular practice of everyday meditation exercises and relaxation sequences give participants a good craft for daily practice at home.
