Pole Tricks & Combos

While in the Bodyfitness Workout we promote the physical prerequisites such as strength, coordination and flexibility, the focus in the Pole Tricks & Combos courses is on learning an aesthetic and at the same time body-appropriate technique in the execution of acrobatic elements, to connect and combine several figures fluently with each other.
After you have internalized the isolated movements, tricks & combos, the challenge is to dance the learned content in a lyrical choreography.
