Are you looking for a workout or sport that combines dance, acrobatics, and effective strength training while accentuating your feminine appeal and improving your posture, conditioning, and flexibility?
All participants who want to try our classes, with or without previous dance or sports experience, are welcome. No prior knowledge is required.
